At Palki, we value our customers and strive to provide the best service possible. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how we handle cancellations and refunds.
1. Food Orders (Dine-In or Takeaway)
Once an order is placed and prepared, we do not offer refunds unless:

The order was incorrect

The food was not up to quality standards

There was an issue directly caused by us
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us immediately. Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
2. Event Bookings (Birthdays, Weddings, Private Parties)

Advance bookings require a deposit to confirm your reservation.

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel less than 72 hours before the event.

If you cancel at least 3 days in advance, we may offer a partial refund or reschedule your event for a future date (subject to availability).

No-shows without prior notice will not be refunded.
3. Cancellation by Us
In the rare case that we must cancel your order or event (e.g., due to emergencies or technical issues), you will receive a full refund of any payment made.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned via the original payment method.
